Co-Owners

Ashley G. Bailey, co-owner of Lexington Prime Aesthetics & Wellness, earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2002. Ashley subsequently became CEO of a regional home medical equipment company throughout Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia. After selling the company, she decided to pursue her other life-long interest of aesthetics and partnered with Dr. John Richard, MD, to start Lexington Prime Aesthetics & Wellness.

Dr. John Richard, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine and international healthcare at the University of Cincinnati and has spent over 25 years practicing medicine in the Lexington area. Dr. Richard is passionate about finding unique solutions that offer people ways to feel more confident and comfortable as they strive to reach their life goals. He brings a deep dedication to whole-body wellness along with his medical understanding of aesthetic treatments and techniques.

Principal Provider

Pam Malicote, RN, our Certified Nurse Injector, grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, and attended the University of Kentucky. Upon graduation, Pam was employed as an RN at Central Baptist Hospital and eventually worked in plastic surgery for seven years, which led to her true calling in medical aesthetics over the last four years.
